Shipping policy

At Ella's Pantry we use flat rate shipping pricing for most areas in Canada. These are as follows;

AB - $9.  MB,SK,BC - $13.  ON,QC,NWT,YT - $15.  NL,PE,NS,NB - $16. NU - $23

We offer Free shipping with minimum $80.00 purchase in most of Canada with the exception of Nunavut which is a minimum purchase of $100.00.

   Some remote northern locations have extremely high shipping rates that fall outside our normal scale. In these cases, a supplementary shipping fee may be necessary. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you about your shipping cost before we fill your order. 

Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post or UPS. Ella's Pantry is not responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost by Canada Post or UPS.

All pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Canadian currency. All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars. Excluding civic and statutory holidays, all orders will be processed in one or two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delays in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer. If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order, please  contact us as soon as possible.

Policies and/or shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We may change our rates and/or update our policies periodically. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies described above if changes occur after your order is placed, but before it is shipped. In such an event, you will be given the option to proceed under the updated policy or to cancel your order and receive full refund for your purchase. Please check this page regularly for updates.
