Blondie Que - Chimichurri

This herby delight is an absolute must-have for the dinner table. A variety of herbs mixed with garlic, pepper and a hint of chili makes this the best condiment to have in the house. Mix 3 tbsp of mix with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar and a splash of lemon juice, let rest for at least 30 minutes and enjoy! For a different taste try using balsamic vinegar, or any flavour of your choice.
