Cinnamon Sri Lankan "True" Ground

The scientific name for Sri Lankan (Ceylon) Cinnamon, the cinnamon also known as "true cinnamon," is most commonly Cinnamomum zeylanicum. This cinnamon is made from a softer, flakier bark that is lighter in color and thinner more delicate than Cassia Cinnimon.
