Parsley has a delicate flavour that combines well with other herbs. Dried Parsley softens upon coming into contact with moisture and can be added directly to egg dishes such as scrambled eggs and omelets. In mashed potato, parsley adds colour and flavour.
Use in salad dressings and mayonnaise. To re-hydrate as a substitute for freshly chopped Parsley, place in a sieve and run cold water over it for a few seconds, allow to drain before using.
