Ugandan Vanilla has earthy aroma with hints of milk chocolate. It has a high vanillin count and therefor makes a wonderful extract. 

Our vanillas are 100% Pure handcrafted , Made with premium organic Vanilla beans. We use our own proprietary cold extraction process to capture the hundreds of flavour compounds of the vanilla pod. This adds fantastic flavours in all your cooking and baking recipes.
