Ella's Pantry spices are high grade premium spice bought from around the world. Baking spices like Cinnamon and Nutmeg are fresh from the spice island of Sri Lanka. Saffron from Spain and Mustard from Canada.  Our Spices contain no additives or fillers and most are organic and gluten free. The difference is in the taste!
