Ella’s Pantry handcrafts all of our Vanilla Extracts, Pastes and Sugars right here in Canada. Using our proprietary cold extraction and ageing process, we achieve over 250 flavour compounds and deliver a high quality product.


We exclusively use HAND PICKED Madagascar, Ugandan, Tahitian or Mexican Vanilla Beans. These beans are longer and plumper than what is offered in most grocery stores. Our 3 and 5 bean kits are packaged in reusable glass vials to insure freshness. Bulk orders are vacuum sealed.
